Everything you need to know
It is Restoledo's summer 2026 campaign. Three gastro spaces in the heart of Toledo —La Fábrica de Harinas, Taberna La Esencial and Azotea de Carlos—, three different moments to experience the city, and a giveaway of 3 €100 gift vouchers for those who complete the route.
Very simple: visit the three Restoledo restaurants, ask for the summer stamp at each one, complete the leaflet we will give you and drop it off at any of the three venues before 23 September 2026. On 24 September we will draw three €100 gift vouchers.
All three are in Toledo's old town: La Fábrica de Harinas at C/ Reyes Católicos, 5; Taberna La Esencial at C/ Trastámara, 4; and Azotea de Carlos at Plaza Horno de la Magdalena, 4. A short, perfect route to discover the city on foot.
Azotea de Carlos, on the rooftop of Hotel Carlos V, is Restoledo's terrace with a view. From there you can enjoy one of the most special panoramas of the old town, especially at sunset, with a cocktail in hand.
